BE (Mining) having First Class Mine Managers Certificate of competency with 20 years of experience in large mining project and having required technical and commercial exposure & inclination to acquire and bring a mines in operation in a sustainable and cost effective manner. Worked with leading Mining Companies like Tata, Usha Martin, Jindal etc.

Key Accomplishments: -

• Acquisition of Mine: Acquisition by competitive e-bidding of mine- Evaluation of mines, logistics, environment, and assessment of specific coal consumption in plant. Involved in the process from registration on the portal to final bidding. Transfer and Acquisition of Mines (Coal and Iron)

• Mine Operations- Operated various high capacity Coal and Iron ore mechanized mine. Experience in Planning and operation of Large Mines with due consideration to Safety, environment and cost parameters. Optimisation of existing operational mines to enhance production and cost reduction by involvement of original OEM’s and team work.

• Green Field Project- Obtaining various clearances, manpower planning, resource management, CSR monitoring, Liaison with various government and statutory bodies, compliance with DGMS, Labor Laws, Excise laws, obtaining various statutory approvals/permissions. Liaison with high-level officials of government and statutory body.

• Land Acquisition- acquisition of 3100-acre land under (urgent Acquisition) under LA1894, Direct purchase of more than 900 acres of land, Permission to purchase land belonging to SC/ST and settled land under CNT permission and Settled Land CNT permission, Acquisition of more than 200 acres GM (Government land).

• Rehabilitation and Resettlement – Rehabilitating more than 3000 families. Successfully rehabilitated a village comprising of 350 families by direct purchase of Land (in absence of LA compulsion).

• Forest clearance, CA land compliance, FRA settlements, DGMS permissions/exemptions, Coal Controllers permissions/compliances, Explosive controller permission.

• Railway Siding Operations, permissions, liaison with ECR senior officials like GM, CCM, COM, CFTM, Sr. DOM, Sr. DCM.
